Create Zip with Zips inside it. - Craigsup - 2016-02-01

Hi,

I'm just wondering if there is a way I can create a Zip file that contains a bunch of Zips (repositories) so that I can simply install the one Zip file and it will iterate through however many Zips are within the Zip installing them.
I've had a look at the structure of the Zips and they seem to all contain addon.xml - so would my parent Zip file simply contain an addon.xml file that references a python file to loop over each file plus the zip's that want installing?

Or am I over complicating things?

if anyone has done this and could provide a working solution that would be great.

We have to go deeper.

In what sense?

I wouldn't call that a joke; joke implies it's funny.

I agree. That's why I said "bad joke". Like a "bad light bulb" is bad because it doesn't produce light.

To answer your question, I don't think Kodi can do that.

Yes

If you wanna backup all your Addons and Repos and such ... use XBMC Backup Add-on

So, if you have a crash or want to install everything onto another device running Kodi ... then "restore" one-click from the back-up
