Flickering in HD TV - midniteman - 2016-03-30
I'm currently trying to migrate from WMC to Kodi. I've tested a few PVR backends, all with the same results: After a few channel switches in HD Live TV, the TV stream starts flickering.
Hardware: Core 2 Duo, Intel G43 Express Chipset onboard graphics
OS: Win10 R1511 Pro x64 clean install from scratch
Any idea?
