Issue with shortcuts disappearing after each reboot? - nikejoe2 - 2016-04-05
First off,I tried finding a thread on the subject before I posted,but did not see one..When I add app shortcuts to the Kodi main page for either/both Music or Video's or Programs,they'll be there until I either turn off/unplug the firestick..then when I turn it back on and launch Kodi,the icons are gone. I can re add them and they'll be there again but the second I unplug the firestick,they disappear...has anyone had this issue and or know how to correct it? Thanks for your time.

Are you quitting/shutting down Kodi prior to unplugging the stick? Skin settings are saved on exit (or when you change skins I think).
Set up the skin you like and then change to a different skin and then back to the one you like, are the app shortcuts still there if you do that?
