Nvidia Shield TV settings - wasguy - 2016-04-26
Guys, I am a newbie and want to get best possible experience from this device when using kodi.
What settings do you guys use, to watch live streaming such as IPTV with minimal issues and good sound/picture combo.

You don't have to change anything, maybe enable refresh rate adjustments on start/stop if you haven't done so.

How about the advancesettings.xml file, are any modes needed in there?

You don't normally need to touch advancedsettings.xml at all.

Running stock seems fine, for live tv might be worth checking interlacing settings but the choice isnt great on kodi android.

Make sure your TV has overscan turned off.
