New to Kodi Development on MAC OSX - How to setup Eclipse for debugging - m.lombardo - 2016-05-01
Hi,
I'm new to kodi addon developing.
I started from Eclipse but in Mac OSX I can't correctly setup all the things working.
I spent several hours to read, watch youtube videos and try to configure Eclipse as per the wiki page http://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Debug_Python_Scripts_with_Eclipse with no result.
Someone could please so be kind to address me to an updated internet forum / webpage where I can find a full step by step configuration process for Mac OSX?
I would like to learn kodi developing starting from debugging existing addons.

Really nobody can help us to learn how to get debug feature on Eclipse for Kodi in Mac OSX?
Nobody develop and debug kodi add ons on mac osx?

This is easier to setup. Tried it recently under Linux with Jarvis and the instructions are still valid so you might have more success. The article says it is Mac compatible.

Unfortunately can't install wxPython3.0-osx-3.0.2.0-cocoa-py2.7 or wxPython3.0-osx-3.0.2.0-carbon-py2.7 'cause Mac OSX warm me that package is damaged and trash it immediately.
I will try again.
