I contacted the staff temoviedb and they added a new language, PT-BR. They have already added , but does not appear in kodi . I contacted them and they said that the API was already ok , but it would take the add-on kodi be updated. Can someone help me?

We don't update the default scraper(s) just because of a language, because every update creates a big hit on our mirrors.
PT-BR has been added for ages to the Universal Scraper - you can use that (you can set everything to themoviedb if you want).
Or add yourself the languages to the themoviedb.org scraper - it is really very easy (just look at settings.xml in the scraper folder and you will figure yourself...)
