RE: Live HD TV issues - slipstream007 - 2016-10-26 The BBC iplayer addon configure file has options on what Video Bitrate you want to stream. I brought it down to a level (5.5mbps), it streams without buffering. I also played around with the advancesetting.xml file option <readfactor>.
