Power options not working - fra87 - 2016-11-24

Hi all

I have a Ubuntu Server 16.04.1 LTS installation and I wanted to configure Kodi for it.
So I followed the guide found here (except for the new intel drivers and from step 2 - kodi configuration to the end).

Now, when I click on any power option (exit, power off, reboot) the window just freezes. I can connect to the SSH console and reboot from there, or call sudo systemctl restart kodi to restart it, but I can't reboot directly from the GUI.

I issued the reboot command at about 12:41:18, then I restarted the program some minutes later through systemctl restart kodi (that's why you see data at 12:45, but the gui wasn't responding since 12:41
