I was just ssh'ed into one of my boxes and wanted to test the change that way before I set the DHCP options. I found the ntp settings in /etc/connman/main.conf(2018-09-21, 21:26)Aenima99x Wrote: @Milhouse Do you know where the ntp servers are set at (not in the gui). My clients seem to be hitting the pool.ntp.org quite a bit and I have an internal ntp server I want to use instead. Thanks. Thanks. If library loading is back to normal then the focus can switch to a complete fix. Thanks for me it’s solved my slow library loads. Thank you guys for quick fix! RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - beeswax - 2018-09-22 Slow library load fixed in #921 for me too, thanks all! Back down to only 2-3 seconds compared to 30-120 seconds with #912-#920 RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - Nekromantik - 2018-09-22 that worked. thanks all RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - User 29008 - 2018-09-22 Glad we found the reason for the dir listing lag :-) Got another question @Milhouse and libreelec users .... are the visualizations working for you guys on libreelec, especially projectm on Leia builds? Trying to get projectm to work on my lubuntu installation but so far no luck with the available package from nightly ppa. @Milhouse if its working, did you adjust anything or just compile the binary addon from source? I'll give that a try later as well, didn't find the time yet. boba RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - Milhouse - 2018-09-22 (2018-09-22, 13:12)boba23 Wrote: Glad we found the reason for the dir listing lag :-) Thanks everyone for testing. Trying to get projectm to work on my lubuntu installation but so far no luck with the available package from nightly ppa. Not sure if it's currently working or not - it has been known to work in the past, but as with all third-party addons they tend to break easily and often while testing with these bleeding edge builds. You can see our build package on LibreELEC github. It depends on libprojectM, to which we apply several patches. Then presumably you both have a different bug (as the previous patch used in #0905/#0906 is now included in the latest 4.18.9 kernel). One of you might want to open a bug on https://bugzilla.kernel.org (see https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=200847 as an example) RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - whysoserious - 2018-09-23 Build #922 seems to have resolved the slow library loading issue for me. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - debutanker - 2018-09-24 For me since build #0921 my strange pvr addon behavior sadly just has returned -> https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=298462&pid=2768403#pid2768403 So it seems, that the "slow directory loads issue" is related to my behavior with my pvr addon? Root cause is that the add-on must implement "async connect" - an API change that is many years old, btw. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - debutanker - 2018-09-24 Again and again - many thanks for your support! I am fighting this issue for about 5-6 months now but i dont know which build version exactly caused this behavior for me. Then suddenly with build #0912 all was fine till build #0920. At this time the "slow directory issue" was discussed and with build #0921 reverted - so i thought, this is "my potential candidate"... Tested #0924c but with 14462 reverted, i get the "incompatibility problem" for TV Mosaic. |
