LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - giftie - 2017-06-26 A question about audio encoders.. I would like to use my system for some audio ripping but only 2 audio encoders are showing up, AAC and WMA. I know these are binary addons (or at least I believe they are) how would one get the other encoders installed? I have updated to version 0622. Do I need to revert to the stable version? Thanks... Other binary addons would be installed from the LibreELEC repository but there's no point trying to build those while the addon infrastructure changes continue to roll on. If you want to use binary addons (more than those included in these builds) then stick with a stable release, or a test version prior to these add-on changes (about #0530). RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - Roby77 - 2017-06-26 Can anyone help me collecting log as requested here ? https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96590#c9 (old bug referred to random black screen at start up) RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - dirtydesaster - 2017-06-26 I have some issues with my NUC NUC6CAYH and my Logitech Harmony 300. Sometimes, the Harmony isn't working. After some restarts, she works again. Is there something new in the Testbuilds? There are no Problems with LE 8.0.2. Try disabling LIRC in LE Settings addon. The way LIRC is handled in these builds is totally different to LE 8.0.2. Please provide "journalctl -a | pastebinit" and your kodi debug log if you continue to experience problems. There is a fairly significant LIRC updated in tonight's build (#0626). RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - Milhouse - 2017-06-27 New LibreELEC.tv Leia build #0626: Generic (Supercedes previous build) Code: # uname -a Based on tip of LibreELEC.tv master (77105540, changelog) and tip of XBMC master (eea53e61, changelog) with the following modifications:
RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - debutanker - 2017-06-27 Since around build #530 i have problems with my remote and power management functions. If i want to force power off within the powermenu in kodi or power off the system with remote (imon hid and harmony remote), i get a deadlock situation and my system stops responding. So i have to force a reboot or power off with ssh. Is there something more i could do to get any hints (Debug Log or anything else)? Many thanks debutanker RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - Milhouse - 2017-06-27 (2017-06-27, 02:58)debutanker Wrote: Since around build #530 i have problems with my remote and power management functions. Does this start with #0606? Could be the dropped SIGTERM patch. Currently no time to investigate alternative or updated patch. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - qwerty0987654321 - 2017-06-27 There is a problem with test builds, Where visualization window hides played video and stays on until it's cancelled manually, when playing playlist with several videos and kodi automatically switches to the next video in TS container For test I've used following samples from kodi samples page: MPEG2_1080i_sample.mkv Samsung_UHD_Dubai.ts to reproduce: 1. put files in directory and select from context menu on directory "Play" action 2. wait till MPEG2_1080i_sample.mkv is played and Samsung_UHD_Dubai.ts is played automatically result: played video is hidden by MusicVisualisation window expected result: played video visible on screen (VideoFullScreen window) debug log: https://pastebin.com/xvGtxD2K look for: MusicVisualisation.xml in the log additional notes: * TS file is played as expected if playlist overlay window is open during playback of the first file and then TS file played automatically or TS file is picked in Files and played manually * if ESC is pressed while MusicVisualisation window is visible, visualization is closed and videos in playlist are played as expected until another TS file is met * files are on NFS server * now running #0626 but bug also happened with earlier versions RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - Milhouse - 2017-06-28 New LibreELEC.tv Leia build #0627: Generic (Supercedes previous build) Code: # uname -a Based on tip of LibreELEC.tv master (1196fc52, changelog) and tip of XBMC master (e940fa16, changelog) with the following modifications:
RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - E92M3 - 2017-06-28 Here is a kodi debug log when I try and browse for SMB shares from LE to W7. I can manually type in the smb share and it connects, but browsing just lists ".." - nothing. Here is the debug log: http://sprunge.us/HDHT Hope this has some information that can be used to troubleshoot. This is a clean install of 8.0.2 and then upgrade to latest test build. Thanks. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - Milhouse - 2017-06-28 @E92M3: On the LibreELEC client, run: Code: systemctl stop nmbd Code: cat /tmp/log | pastebinit RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0) - lusephur - 2017-06-28 Issue still exists,. Quote:################ SYSTEM INFO ################ Crashing on boot, Crashlog ends with the following Quote:12:58:10.048 T:140426958853888 DEBUG: CAddonSettings[weather.yahoo]: trying to load setting definitions from old format... Remote connect to device, delete service.vpn.manager from /addons and /userdata/addon_data Device loads correctly, message saying version 20170627 successfully installed or somesuch. Try again to download and install vpnmanager and kodi.bin crashes. Do I have to contact the developer of this addon see if they'll be able to correct whatever it is that's causing the issue, or is this still something to be fixed this end? |
