Zoom mode and dd5.1 on my receiver - HE12 - 2016-12-12
Just got a Philips 49pus7181 with Android TV.
Installed Kodi on it and i got 2 major lacks in functionality when playing a random *.mkv with series or movies:
- got my tv with audio optical out to my receiver, but when i put on audio pass-thru i only get noise instead of nice dd5.1......no way to get dd5.1 on my receiver with this app....how hard can it be?
- when i play a widescreen movie and go to action-menu...how come i cant choose a video mode which zoom's the picture to 16:9 fullscreen with holding aspect ratio? There are some very useless modes there even stretching only vertically giving a complete useless image of the video?
