Any Chance of streaming from Library - Jense92 - 2017-02-19
Hello,
I know that this addon only supports Live TV and recordings.
But is there a way to Stream videos added to the DVBViewer Recording Service Media Library to Kodi?
Maybe via the Kodi integrated "Add Files" function via http or so?

A PVR can only provide PVR related services, so that's - at least for now - not possible.
Creating a separate, python based video/music-addon should be possible. However currently no officially released RS/DMS version supports streaming mediafiles, so you are a bit ahead of your time. But feel free to create such an addon. I'm not interested in maintaining one more.

You can easy add DVBViewer Media Server via UPNP as normal Source. No need to highjack the PVR Addon
