I made string.po for multiple languages, but only English is shown. What should I do to make it work?

I changed that already, but nothing happened. What should be the folder name of string.po? I tried both "Chinese Traditional" and "resource.language.zh_tw"

Currently I have 3 folders, naming:
resource.language.en_gb
resource.language.zh_cn
resource.language.zh_tw
However, no matter how I change the interface language, only resource.language.en_gb is loaded.
