Upgrade to 17.1 stuck - danik56 - 2017-03-26
Tried to upgrade from 16.1 to 17.1 on Windows 10.
The process is hung for hours on "Add-on Migration in process".
Windows task manager says "Not Responding".
Is this normal and expected ?
