Installing Kodi via Firestick vs installing via computer - JimmyMac - 2017-05-17
Hi everyone,
I have just bought an Amazon fire stick and I'm looking at installing Kodi.
The tutorial on this forum recommends installing it using a computer.
However quite a few people install it via the es Explorer on the actual fire stick.
Just want to hear some comments on which route I should choose.

The end result is exactly the same - do whichever looks easier to you.

Okay brill thanks for the info I thought there was two different ways of installation.
Could you recommend latest instructions via installation through the stick?

No idea, sorry. I only look at the instructions when it goes wrong.
It really makes no difference though - if you can get the .apk on your firestick you can install it. Once it's installed it makes no difference. A firestick is really just another android device as far as kodi's concerned.
