maybe im missing something here...which is most likely the case...but I thought this was working...no?
i have my imac connected to a sony DAV-DZ850KW using a DVI->HDMI cable and a optical audio cable.
if I select analog audio...i can hear the sounds out of all the speakers.
If i select digital... most of my files play with a really loud digital static noise.
what do i need to do to get full surround sound from my files?
