"Default Select Action" > "Show Information" for Files with no information? - badbob001 - 2018-06-18

With "Default Select Action" > "Show Information", it works great for items in my library to show an information screen before I choose to play it. But for non-library Files, it automatically plays the file from the beginning and ignores any resume data. Workaround is to use the 'Play' button instead of 'Select' to get the prompt to resume or not, but I don't like this inconsistency (bad for WAF).

I understand that non-library files will have no information to show, but why is the fallback action to play the file from the beginning instead of respecting the file's resume data?

I'm on 17.6. Any chance this behavior is changed in 18?

Tested V18 alpha 2. Behavior unchanged.
