Can you describe your setup? Model of Pi. Any hardware connected? Ethernet or wifi? Any custom settings in config.tx (like overclock)?     

Pi 3B+ with a RemotePi board using Ethernet.  config.txt

The connection window being blank is exactly the issue I  am experencing in the previous post I am not sure what build I was on other than it was 310 or earlier as I have another system running build 310 ok and I tend to update them one after another once I know the new build is working
