I TOTALLY agree. The only email I have for them however is one tied to the domain name, which of course has been suspended.
I also have a large collection of Movie Fanart, as well as Music artist fanart. It does nothing to help me, as that is art that I already needed and downloaded. Every new movie and artist that makes its way to the top of the charts is what's needed, not stuff we have already
I have around 500 1920 x 1890 Music Fanarts, and around 2,500 movie Fanart's as well. I will email Fanart.tv to see if there is a way to get them to them. I have DSL, and needless to say upload speed sucks. If someone gives me a location, I can easily drop a DVD or 2 in the mail to get them to them to fill in any ones that they may be missing.

Apparently we have 3 contact email addresses for htbackdrops.com and no replies as yet. (I have 845 music fanart images)

i've received an email from Tobias today:

It serves the same content htbackdrops.com did and will of course do so even when the old domain is back.

I am just glad to see the site is not lost! They are a significant source for XBMC images!
