Is there a clean way for addon to remove screensaver.mode from guisettings? - fbacher - 2021-09-14
I am developing an add-on which defines an xbmc.ui.screensaver extension. Works great. User has to enable it via the interface settings, as expected. But when I remove the add-on, the now non-existant reference to its screensaver is not also removed from guisettings.
Programatically editing guisettings seems like a bad idea. Is there some clean way to clear screensaver.mode?
