there's no weather widget (yet) if that's what you're looking for. i sure hope there will be, i've always had the weather widget active on kodi
there's a shortcut for weather on the power menu that shows the current weather temperature for your set location and you can enter the weather app through it.
you can customize the power menu to your likings in settings - skin settings - customize power menu
you could also add a shortcut to your menu via settings - skin settings - menus - customize home menu.
there you add a new menu item with a + and press "choose item for menu" on the right. then choose "common" and the weather shortcut is there.
the third option for weather is showing the current temperature with the clock - that's in settings - skin settings - furniture - weather with clock

Jurial has done so much great work with this skin, and TMDBhelper. The skin and TMBDBhelper fit like hand in glove -- really beautiful.
From my very limited experience working with anything graphics/design related, I know countless hours have gone into producing this, and the speed of quick improvements every day is just amazing!

I am experiencing odd/inconsistent results get more than 5/6 widgets in the 2nd position (tab) on the "menu" of homescreen.
With the 1st (which by default Jurial has set to "Movies") I can consistently get 8 Widgets loaded. On the 2nd, widgets 7 and 8 display their headings, and then never load. I'm not 100% sure if this is a skin bug, or something on my end with the widgets I am trying to load. But throwing it out there, before I spend more time fiddling around here on my end...

latest version does not install as it needs version 4.10.5 of MovieDBHelper which is not in the repo

skin settings - details - customize ratings
all of the skin settings are under skin settings, so this one was pretty obvious

You need a personal OMDb api key added in TMDbHelper settings. You can currently get free keys from OMDb.

Are you on Nexus? It sounds like this bug on Nexus:

The skin is currently broken on Nexus nightlies due to an issue with a new Kodi rendering feature which is currently in process of being fixed. To use the skin on Nexus you will need to either use a nightly version from before June 5th or wait for this PR to be merged https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/21645

No, I am not on Nexus, I am on Matrix 19.4
The reason, I said inconsistent behavior, is because I was actually able to get 11 widget rows displayed on that 2nd tab. And then sometimes only 5 or 6 of them load.
I need to look into if it's the specific widgets I am trying to load that are the problem (They are from TMDBHelper -> Trakt -> My Lists -> Couchmoney.tv generated Recommendations).
I'll play around a little more, and try other widgets.
If I discover anything relevant/useful that could indicate the source of the issue, I will post a follow-up/update.

Theres no real limit to widgets (well technically it is 99 per menu due to id availability but that's a ridiculous setup if you're getting anywhere near that!). So no issues with id conflicts.
Only reason a widget wouldnt load is if the plugin doesn't return any items. Could be a connection error or simply empty lists etc.
Widget visibility becomes false if the container has 0 items and has finished loading. Due to the way kodi handles reloading widgets, if the container isn't visible the container won't update even if its path changes - so once it is hidden then it is hidden forever (until forced to reload by stopping a video or reloading the skin).
So if you have widgets that are sometimes empty, they will remain empty and won't reload until forced. There's not much the skin can do about that (alternative is leaving massive gaps of empty widgets everywhere which would be worse).

An empty (hidden) Widget should reload after playing a video.... Shouldn't it
They do in my skin.
