- XiniX88 - 2009-02-01 nhfilz Wrote:Hey sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. Else try another port, maybe your router can't handle another port 80 device, since he uses it for the admin interface. You have to adjust your apache configuration for that (xampp/apache/config/httpd.conf) port 80, change it to port 81. And nat port 81 to your computer. If that isn't working, I see no other possibility to get this fixed... - nhfilz - 2009-02-02 WOW.... Now I really do feel dumb. That works great on port 81. I dont know why I didnt think of doing that before... Thank you so much! Great time saver! - Waffa - 2009-02-03 Hmmm need a some help. Installed xampplite, made a folder interface put HTTP-R 0.3.1 in there and signt ip adress in config.php. http://192.168.100.2/interface/index.php http://192.168.100.2/interface/ With these adresses I'll get the screen : Select Mediacenter / Zolderlocation. If I select the location, it try's to open http://%3c/?__id=2 and get the message could not open page. http://192.168.100.2/interface/indexing.php I'll get an indexing movie / music /etc. Edit: Works fine! http://192.168.100.2:8080/default.asp xbmc control panel will show. What I'm doing wrong Did try IE and Opera 9.63 Thanx in advance Waffa / Poeier Edit: Got it working. - Qwyrp - 2009-02-04 It still don't work for me and I did the following things:
I'm using Opera 9.6 and typing http://localhost/interface I've got a screen with 2 options xbox and location. I click the xbox-option and whatever I've tried it only shows an empty screen. What's the problem? - Batemann - 2009-02-04 Allright. This looks promising. I've got it working. I would like to use this software as a "remote" on a built in laptop on the first floor of my house. My mediacenter is downstairs in the living room, and is hooked up to a multi-zone receiver. Ideally, I want to use my XBMC-HTPC as the primary source for my content, and let the receiver distribute this trough my house. But I do want to control the Mediacenter. So I've got the XBMC-Iphone software, but I think It would be really cool if I have a 17" remote built in in the wall of the second floor of my house. So my question to you is: will this promising-looking HTTP-remote be able to have a display resolution that can be used on a normal desktop? - BadMuts - 2009-02-04 Just tried this app and it looks very promising! I installed it without problems and it's working fine. My only two remaining questions are: 1. Can I schedule the indexing.php to run every time I start windows or xbmc (or every 24h). Preferably on the background 2. How do I get this fancy look for tv shows like on http://derek.denhaas.info/xbmc/Knipsel3.PNG? I get the upper part of the normal art I have in xbmc ( I use the info list view from MediaStream which shows large pictures for each TV show). Should I change my default view in xbmc so that HTTP-R fetches the right pictures to \images\tvshow\ ? Keep up the good work! - DragonFly - 2009-02-05 PMIII uses bannerart by default, whereas Mediastream uses poster format for displaying TV-Shows. That's probably your issue - XiniX88 - 2009-02-05 Waffa Wrote:Got it working. Great! have fun using it Qwyrp Wrote:It still don't work for me and I did the following things: 1. I've got it working. I'm having great news for you! http://derek.denhaas.info/xbmc/0.4/pc_interface.jpg (preview of "touch" on PC - kinda remote control -), the new pc-interface for the upcomming release! 0.5 will have even more feautures (I'll give it large buttons, so it's great for what you want (would be even nicer if you have a 17' touchscreen)) BadMuts Wrote:Just tried this app and it looks very promising! 1. Working on that 2. It can also be your XBMC build, if you are using SVN, you can sometimes have a problem... my code SHOULD always get the tv-show banner (wide) _____ Btw sorry for my late reply, I only check this thread 3 times a week (haven't got more time ), also check some new screenies, cleaner, but same functionality. - Batemann - 2009-02-05 XiniX88 Wrote:Great! have fun using it Great reply man! I know, a Touchscreen would even be better, but those things are still quite expensive, so that's on the roll for later. ;-) First a want to have everything functioning, To haul the wife over, then we're gonna invest. ;-) - DragonFly - 2009-02-07 Batemann Wrote:a Touchscreen would even be better, but those things are still quite expensive An affordable version is available soon! http://www.thegadgeteers.com/product_mimo.html. The first touchscreen which also looks good and perfect as a secondary monitor (besides your large LCD/Plasma) to control XBMC. The touchscreen version is about 135 euro's. - Batemann - 2009-02-07 DragonFly Wrote:An affordable version is available soon! http://www.thegadgeteers.com/product_mimo.html. I will keep an eye out for that one. Thanks for the tip. - Qwyrp - 2009-02-07 1. Check if the XBOX http is really working (go to http://<ip xbox>:8080). It worling because I see a default XBMC-webserver 2. Go to indexing.php, give me the error displayed over there. It shows the following message; Indexing: xbox Movies Progress: 0 Albums Progress: 0 Artists Progress: 0 TV-Shows Parsing: 0 seasons: Indexing: Location Movies Progress: 0 Albums Progress: 0 Artists Progress: 0 TV-Shows Parsing: 0 seasons: - XiniX88 - 2009-02-08 Qwyrp Wrote:1. Check if the XBOX http is really working (go to http://<ip xbox>:8080). Seems to work fine, but you don't have a movie/serie database (probably your default view isn't "Libary mode"). My "solution" only gives you the option to use the movie/serie database in order to display them (except for music, there is an option to "browse" through your locations). Don't know how up to date your XBMC is... - XiniX88 - 2009-02-08 Version bump... 0.4 just released... New screenies of it over here: http://derek.denhaas.info/xbmc/0.4/ You can download it over here: http://xbmc.denhaas.info/?m=Downloads Highlights: - Improved interfaces (much cleaner, less scrolling, less clicking, the same information) - New PC interface (please read the download page) - Minor fixes (like? dunno, don't track them) - Qwyrp - 2009-02-08 XiniX88 Wrote:Seems to work fine, but you don't have a movie/serie database (probably your default view isn't "Libary mode"). Mmm I don't know what kind of view I use. How can I check it so I can use your program? My XBMC is roughly 6 weeks old |
