MiniMeedia and International Support - Language Translations Wanted! - skunkm0nkee - 2009-05-18 As I don't speak a multitude of languages (I struggle enough with English!) I'd appreciate it if any users could translate the skin into other languages. I have few more features to add but I doubt there will be many (if any) more strings added to strings.xml. If you do translate it please post a link in here or PM me with a link and I'll add it to the project. Thanks PS Whilst on the subject of language support, I've tried to size the areas and labels to take account of some longer translations wherever possible. If you do find an area where your translation can't fit (and the English version does) please post a screenshot of the mis-fitting label and I'll see what I can do Fonts - skunkm0nkee - 2009-05-18 Forgot to mention that the default fonts may not include all the foreign language chars that you need but I have included an option to use Arial font which should. The Arial font doesn't look all that great but I may look into including another more extensive international font that looks a bit better in the skin at some point in the future. - Melandryu - 2009-05-19 Hey. I think i can translate it to my language ( spanish ) without any problem problems , if u still thinking of this idea tell me and i post the strings.xml translated. - skunkm0nkee - 2009-05-19 Yes, post your strings and I'll add it to the project. Just added a new item to strings.xml: PHP Code: <string id="31219">Hide White Noise BG</string> - kimp93 - 2009-05-19 Here is a Korean translation for the Great skin. http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/237787/strings.xml - skunkm0nkee - 2009-05-19 kimp93 Wrote:Here is a Korean translation for the Great skin. Thanks, have added it to the project - skunkm0nkee - 2009-05-20 Changed one of the labels as it was wrong! Before: PHP Code: <string id="31207">Show Weather on Home</string> After: PHP Code: <string id="31207">Hide Weather on Home</string> - jorisdekloris - 2009-05-20 I'll make a dutch translation. Code: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" standalone="yes" ?> It's not perfect but it does the job - xbs08 - 2009-05-20 I'm working on the Portuguese (PT) translation. - skunkm0nkee - 2009-05-20 jorisdekloris Wrote:I'll make a dutch translation.
