Nice mod, though it is giving me one giant headache Eek

First of all of course all my .nfo files needed a make over, which I expected though it was more work then I had expected and using windows there was no whipping up a quick script to correct all the studio names. Sad
But I have about 30% done now after a weekend of altering them, so far so good. Now of course I still have the BluRay/DVD logo's showing up (I like them better then the codec anyway so thats fine)

But I seem to be missing all the Dolby logo's. DTS shows up but so far not a sigle of the dolby icon's will show. If anyone has any idea what might be happening please give me a shout it will save me a night of messing about with XML files logs, databases and icon names. No

But most important of all I want to thank you for the great simplification of the Include_mediaflags.xml file it really improves the ease of use.

I had this problem, due to MIP naming the audio codec as "AC-3" and the tag filename being "AC3.png". Made a copy of the tag file and named it "AC-3.png" and all was okay. Smile

@rcoops

Have you tried Ember Media Manager? It has an option to revert the Studio Tag. It went through a folder of 400 movies in like 4 seconds.

Are you using tmdb or imdb as a scraper for the movies?

You wont get studio flags with tmdb only imdb

used list rev2 view before, but now its updated too use native flagging, which means by workaround method wich i have used some hours to perfect is worth nothing.

I tried the native flagging on a test movie with this file name; Transformers.2007.PROPER.BluRay.1080p.DTS.x264.x264.dxva-EuReKA

It found bluray logo and dts logo, but no studio or resolution. Also tried on another file, almost same expect dts exchanged wtih dolby digital, and the audio format wasnt shown.

Havnt found a guide on what to do to with the files to include studio and resolution tags. if it has to be in the filenames/folders. THen i will have to rename over a 1000 movies... seems, like to much a hassle

I use a nice program Media Info Plus, you can find it in this forum.
This programm scrap the infos in an .nfo file.

i recommend to use ember media manager to organize your movies.
export your video library and then scan the folders with EMM. you´ll get perfectly tagged nfo files.
pulling from file name is a bad workaround.

henrikyo Wrote:already using mip, but studio isnt showing

the Skin tag must be only the studio name, without any other like / 1080 / ac3
ect.
