I checked the plugin guide and started testing some stuff and I might actually be able to do this myself.

I got it to list the videos in XBMC but it's a bitch to parse out the dates and I have to contain each video in a directory because if I try to add all the videos at one time it's very very very slow.

I've created a version which is very slow on the initial load for every category but then it caches that data so it loads faster later on. Doing this I could also parse the date so that you can sort the videos and get the newest ones on top.
I have contacted the guys at giantbomb to check if it's ok with them that I release this.
