[Windows] help Aeon Aurgia no mouse icon? - Tolleywog - 2009-07-03

Running Windows Vista 32bit

Have the latest Aeon Aurgia off of:
http://github.com/djh/aeon/tree/auriga

Have downloaded the Aeon Fonts:
Aeon_Fonts260409.zip

For reasons beyond me i cant see my mouse..

Mouse is enabled in the options and the individual buttons will light up when i move my invisible mouse over them. Searched the forums for all the relative tags or keywords i could think of. Anyone able to point me in the right direction. I'm thinking i've got to be missing a patch or something.

End goal is to be able to use Aeon Aurgia with the Following Mod:
[MOD] Aeon Multiplex & Showcase mix

For now though I'll settle for a working version of Aeon Aurgia

Hi Tolleywog....

I don't think that the mouse pointer is actually part of the Aeon/Auriga skin. Unless I've missed something this whole time, it seems like the designers of the skin assumed users would use a keyboard or remote as the input device. At first it bothered me that there was no mouse pointer, but I've gotten used to it. If there was an option to enable however, I would probably use it.

Hope that helps you!

As Tuckerdude pointed out djh (the genius behind Aeon) developped Aeon to be used with a remote control which normally only has a D-Pad or something and no mouse functionality. So there is no mouse pointer available in Aeon. There are a few other threads covering this discussion.
