I tried to install OpenSubtitles_OSD 1.36 on my XBOX (using the latest T3ch build - 09272009) and whenever I try to install this from SVN Installer I get an error at 84% each time.

Is there a known problem for this, or am I doing something wrong?

I have just updated it to 1.37 on SVN and tested the download from SVN installer, its working fine on mac and atv.

you can try XBMC zone or manual install. I think its got to do with the XBOX build.

I will try it again once I get home tonight to see if anything changes since the update to 1.37.

I've been having the same issues. The XBMC Zone installer also failed for me. But I found the solution: install via Navi-X -> XBMC Zone.

Hello,
I' ve just install the latest SVN plugin on Linux.

Please, please, just take care of "^M" in some files. Make sure you save file in Unix mode instead of Windows Mode. Some times it make error at loading script due to break line (^M)

A question, with 1.36 and up, where do i change language preference etc etc, like in 1.2x ?

Love this mod.
Cheers

Yeah, same question here. Where to put the preferred language?

not sure what you mean by this, the script is written on Apple so its as close to Unix as you can get.

quote from the first page:

Quote:Settings menu has changed in new version. To enter the settings go to Scripts:

Apple Tv: Highlight OpenSubtitles_OSD and hold "menu", then select script settings

Keyboard: Highlight OpenSubtitles_OSD and press "c", then select script settings

XBOX: Highlight OpenSubtitles_OSD and select 'Title' button on IR, then select script settings

Cheers

I'm sure it does, BUT, when you ave a file, you can chose to put :

DOS : CR +LF
UNIX : LF
MAC : CR

For a best cross plateform, you must chose "LF", because when you edit a CR file on Linux, you will see "^M" at the end of All line.

Try to take a look at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newline
