XBMC Media Center has encountered a problem and needs to close - offline_thk - 2009-08-12 I just run XBMCUpdate to update from a 20.xxx version and now I get this standard error message every time I start XBMC, the program can still run but the sign is on top and closes the program when removed. 1. I have tested XBMC Babylon 9.04.1-repack2 released and XBMCSetup-Rev22119. 2. Windows XP SP3 32bit 3. Core2Duo E4500 2.2Ghz 4. 4GB DDR2 (3GB in Win 32Bit) 5. NVIDIA GeForce 7100 / Nvidia nForce 630i onboard Graphics Driver v. 6.14.11.7813 6. Realtek High Definition Audio Driver v.5.10.0.5485 Nvidia HDMI Audio Device Driver v. 1.0.0.6 iMON Manager v. 7.62.0721 with Harmony 525 Remote 7. 19" HP LCD Monitor and a 42" Panasonic Plasma Debug Log: http://pastebin.com/m342072a0 - javlar - 2009-08-13 I have the exact same problem and it started today without any reason I can see, XBMC have been working for around two weeks without any trouble. My setup is very similar to offline_thk's. 1. XBMC 9.04.1 r20672 (June 2 2009) 2. Windows XP SP3 32bit build 2600 3. Athlon 7850 Dual-Core 4. 2GB DDR2 5. ATI Radeon 3200 internal gfx / Driver version 8.561.0.0 6. Realtek High Definition Audio Driver v.5.10.0.5864 7. iMON Manager v. 7.62.0721 with Harmony 525 Remote 22" Samsung Syncmaster 226BW Monitor and a 50" Sony LCD Debug: http://pastebin.com/m1263013 As I, and offline_thk said, XBMC basically still works but you have that errorwindow on top of it. Also I noticed that it produces tearing which it did not do before, possibly because the error message is on top of it. - javlar - 2009-08-15 Bump - natethomas - 2009-08-16 Back up, try a full delete including deleting userdata, then install from here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=35452&page=80 If that doesn't work, we'll look a little harder. |
