- slash - 2010-01-10 Simeonoff Wrote:I tried both, Safari 4.0.4 and Chrome for the Mac, neither of them worked I am running this on XBMC 9.11 Camelot. Sorry for my stupidity but I couldn't figure out what you mean by "image properties that is not showing". A final note. I tried exporting my entire Movies library - no result. I also tried reinstalling everything - no result. I thought this was a common problem that's why I didn't complain, just thought it would be better if I could see the poster, instead of NOT AVAILABLE. Hi Simeonoff, Sorry my question was not very clear. But I think I'm starting to understand your problem. You see "NOT AVAILABLE" for all the covers ? if this is the case could you : - make sure you are running XWMM 1.4.3 - check in XWMM/cache/Video you should have some directories named (1, 2, 3,....) in each you should have some tbn files - check xbmc.log and use pastebin.com to send it here let me know. - Simeonoff - 2010-01-10 slash Wrote:Hi Simeonoff, Yes, I am running XWMM 1.4.3. And right, every movie has the NOT AVAILABLE cover. Unfortunately I don't have anything in my XWMM/cache/Video directory... it's empty odd... here's my xbmc.log file http://pastebin.com/m536a7e6e Thank you... this has been bugging me for some time now, and I still can't figure out where the problem is. - slash - 2010-01-10 Hi Simeonoff, Here is the error in your xbmc.log: ERROR...) trying lower case </users/simeonoff/library/application support/xbmc/userdata/profiles/aculas/thumbnails/video/f/ffffffff.tbn> ffffffff.tbn means there is a problem with the thumb filename generation (CRC function) I'll need to install Safari and test it (I have a PC). I'll let you know. - Simeonoff - 2010-01-10 slash Wrote:Hi Simeonoff, Hmm..... the same happens in Google Chrome and Firefox as well. I don't think it's browser related I just ran everything again and got a different xbmc.log Here it is http://pastebin.com/m1a873d56 I don't know what's wrong I wish I could help anyhow... - slash - 2010-01-10 Simeonoff Wrote:Hmm..... the same happens in Google Chrome and Firefox as well. I don't think it's browser related I just ran everything again and got a different xbmc.log Here it is http://pastebin.com/m1a873d56 You have many error when starting XBMC and I don't see any related to the http. for testing purposes, could you : - use the default skin in xbmc - enable debug - access XWMM/movies - pastebin xbmc.log again Also, do you see the covers in xbmc (directly from the xbmc interface) ? - Simeonoff - 2010-01-10 Still no result... even with the default skin on. Yes, everything shows up in both library and file views in XBMC. Here's the log file with the default skin and debugging mode on: http://pastebin.com/m518b80c9 - slash - 2010-01-10 Just tested with Safari on windows it works fine. in your last pastebin, I see: DEBUG: HttpApi Start command: FileCopy paras: FileCopy; special://masterprofile/Thumbnails/Video/e/e7390dae.tbn;special://xbmc/web/XWMM/cache/Video/e/e7390dae.tbn That means the thumb filename is ok and is copied to : /XWMM/cache/Video/e Do you see any file in there ? Also try this URL in your browser (change ip_XBMC and port to match yours): http://<ip_XBMC>:<port>/xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=FileCopy(special://masterprofile/Thumbnails/Video/e/e7390dae.tbn;special://xbmc/web/XWMM/cache/Video/e/e7390dae.tbn) - Simeonoff - 2010-01-10 No, there's nothing in my /cache/Video/ folder, when I try to execute the above I get the following response from the browser "Error:Source file not found". - slash - 2010-01-10 Hmm, Do you see anything in : /Users/Simeonoff/Library/Application Support/XBMC/userdata/Thumbnails/Video/e ? - Simeonoff - 2010-01-10 Ok. Just as I was reading this I was checking my XBMC folder out. It turns out that all of my *.tbn files with proper CoverArts and so on are located in /Users/Simeonoff/Library/Application Support/XBMC/userdata/profiles/aculas/Thumbnails/Video/... that is way different than where it looks for the files to be... This is the problem.. the only thing is that I don't know how to fix it Fixed it..... replaced the path in the XWMM/movies/include.js file. Instead of having special://masterprofile/Thumbnails/Video/, I now have pecial://masterprofile/profiles/aculas/Thumbnails/Video/. Weird though, what if I have more than 2 users.... shouldn't this be automatically done by XWMM...? I mean choosing the user in the beginning? - slash - 2010-01-10 You just found a bug ... Thanks. I think I fixed it now. Can you try with this version here Thanks again for your time to help on this. - Simeonoff - 2010-01-10 No..... You are the one who I should be thanking to for delivering this great piece of software... So far XWMM is the one and only media manager for my Mac. Give me a second to try this one out. Nope.. doesn't work I still have to change the path in order to get it working... - slash - 2010-01-10 coudl you send a pastebin again (with xbmc in debugging) ? May I was too fast .. - Simeonoff - 2010-01-10 OK... my bad... It's working... i just cleared the cache (my browser's cache) and everything started working in 1.4.4. Great One bug down Cheers! - slash - 2010-01-10 Excellent. I've also updated the first post with the new version link 1.4.4 Thanks |
