I've got one giving me problems so far. What video card are you using? I've got an ATI 4890. - andye26 - 2010-01-31 Hi Just got build 27306 and audio sync issues seem to be resolved (at least on all the files I tested so far) No projectM visualization on music but working well enough until the dx builds get broadcom support and I can get back to milkdrop. Many thanks Andy - automated - 2010-01-31 andye26 Wrote:Hi Where did you download that svn version from? Does fanart and posters work? - andye26 - 2010-01-31 Not sure if fan art is working, The existing fan art I have is but havent populated an new files since this build. http://sshcs.com/xbmc/ Regards Andy - automated - 2010-01-31 andye26 Wrote:Not sure if fan art is working, The existing fan art I have is but havent populated an new files since this build. If you select video info third line down, what is your a/v setting and does it change if you adjust interlacing settings from none to bob to weave I don't think I do but as my picture is so poor its hard to see if things are in timing or not, heres an example screen shot: http://axerite.com/images/xbmc/screenshot000.png Any ideas anyone? - andye26 - 2010-01-31 aXeR...Thats pretty bad!! Is it ok without broadcom hd? If so does the broadcom card work ok in windows wmp Andy - Kali - 2010-01-31 aXeR, i got the same problem with the dark knight on linux and crystal hd (only the key frame are displayed correctly), but other 1080p work fine - aXeR - 2010-01-31 andye26 Wrote:aXeR...Thats pretty bad!! With the OpenGL builds (especially the Ikon ones) I just get screen tearing when using software rendering but no makro blocking. I've tested several 1080 rips and they all do the same, I'll try a few more later though! Will WMP use the Broadcom card for rendering? EDIT: Just tested a few other 720p and 1080p rips and did not get the makro blocking, I was getting screen tearing through and a couple of the 1080's were using 50% CPU which leads me to believe they were not using the Broadcom card despite it being set as the default renderer (not auto!). - andye26 - 2010-01-31 aXeR did you grab the latest build from the link I posted? A lot of crystal hd changes in the last few builds. I think once the drivers are installed wmp should use the broadcom card tho I have not tested this. Andy - aXeR - 2010-01-31 Yup the screen shot I posted was using the new build you linked too. I'm really quite sad as I love my Aopen MP45-DR, its a great little bit of kit but when using software rendering (which works fine) the noise the CPU cooler makes due to the high CPU load does get on my nerves - andye26 - 2010-01-31 Just checked most of my videos and all play ok. Can you post a sample of a bad video or link to a mkv trailer ? Andy PS Dark Knight plays ok - DrMedia - 2010-01-31 Just got crystal hd, waiting for adaptor for desktop pc.. Can anyone confirm this will work fine with w7 x64 and supporting xbmc version? Thanks - A600 - 2010-01-31 andye26 Wrote:until the dx builds get broadcom support and I can get back to milkdrop. DX build works since r27259 Edit the guilib/system.h, enable CrystalHD support for DX and compile. - aXeR - 2010-01-31 A600 Wrote:DX build works since r27259 Sorry to sound ignorant but I don't understand, is there a propper guide as to how to get DX support? |
