X mouse cursor - update 2 - xbmc@ - 2010-03-17 Hello all ! I have tested two solutions about hiding mouse cursor from this forum but do not work. I have X mouse cursor displaying after switching CTRL+ALT+F8 and come back to CTRL+ALT+F7. I have tried Option HWCursor "false" to xorg.conf file in "Device" section. I have tried the program "unclutter", it hide the X mouse cursor after the X session switching but recenter the xbmc cursor to the center after every unclutting. This generate that i can use the XBMC cursor to navigate. My question is : is there some other solution to hide this X mouse cursor after switching ? Thanks in advance ! __________________ XBMC 9.11 R26018 (COMPILED : DEC 24 2009) PPA:TEAM-XBMC Ubuntu 9.10 x86_64 2.6.31-19-generic ATI Radeon HD 4200 512MB (ATI Catalyst drivers 10.2) - xbmc@ - 2010-04-10 up - xbmc@ - 2010-05-18 up - einhänder - 2010-05-18 http://code.google.com/p/frtlock/wiki/xsetroot works for me. just start the described command right after X or together with xbmc. |
