Couple things I noticed....
If making logos:
Please add that small drop shadow
And was never said before but lets say you are making a logo for Batman the Animated series. Please don't name it logo1.png please name it batmantheanimatedseries.png saves me time having to rename...
If requesting:
I was thinking if you added a link to a good image that would probably increase the chances of someone knocking it off for you. All we do is search google for "show name" or "show name logo" takes like 2-5 minutes but will probably help your chances...
Maybe start a thread with theTVdb.com or xbmcstuff.com to show the interest in logos and push them into accepting them. Both have expressed interest but still good to know a feature is wanted...

Are they in development like PVR in XBMC main branch close or New Library system in XBMC close, to give a comparison of how close they are?

I made another one, it was a little difficult but I wanted to give it a go.

Xbmcstuff should be ready soon, Imaginos says that he'll work on it soon.

Sounds great!, everyone's busy but I love for these to be easier to find and manage. And once put into some type of database you can create a script that will make it even easier...
