mcborzu Wrote:I do the same thing, if you want a quick solution. Bottom of DialogFullscreenInfo.xml you'll see this code block:

PHP Code:
<control type ="image"
            <
description>tv show image</description>
            <
posx>970</posx>
            <
posy>-220</posy>
            <
width>300</width>
            <
height>340</height>
            <
aspectratio align="right" aligny="bottom">keep</aspectratio>
            <
texture>$INFO[VideoPlayer.Cover]</texture>
            <
bordertexture border="5">confluence/button-nofocus.png</bordertexture>
            <
bordersize>5</bordersize>
            <
animation type="WindowOpen">
                <
effect type="fade" start="0" end="100" time="600" />
            </
animation>
            <
animation type="WindowClose">
                <
effect type="fade" start="100" end="0" time="600" />
            </
animation>
        </
control

Replace with this:

PHP Code:
<control type ="image"
                <
description>tv show image</description>
                <
posx>948</posx>
                <
posy>-40</posy>
                <
width>330</width>
                <
height>185</height
                <
texture background="true">$INFO[Player.FolderPath]../clearart.png</texture>
                <
aspectratio>keep</aspectratio>
                <
visible>VideoPlayer.Content(episodes)</visible>
            </
control>
            <
control type ="image"
                <
description>tv show image</description>
                <
posx>948</posx>
                <
posy>-40</posy>
                <
width>330</width>
                <
height>185</height
                <
texture background="true">$INFO[Player.FolderPath]clearart.png</texture>
                <
aspectratio>keep</aspectratio>
                <
visible>VideoPlayer.Content(episodes)</visible>
            </
control

I doubt I will touch that screen so no worries on merging this with new Night updates...

Thanks, I was after this look as well.

mcborzu Wrote:IF you got THIS pack already renamed and done, I'd love it.

If not I can always use - THESE

Did you mean like this?

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1044719/musicgenres.zip

These are just the few genres I use. I can find and compile more if needed.

Your call or anyone elses, I like these alot and they are alot easier to make than the other kind...

Well if it's an issue of continuity then yeah the other kind, but I don't care about that. Like you I like these better.

I see this view and can't help but think those would look sexy.

using the ClearArt info mod I do not experience my clearart blocking any of my times at all it occupies the same space as my thumbnail did and I must say it looks sexy

Do the nightly posts and the git stay relatively up to date at the same pace? If not, what is the average difference?

also, I have already installed the skin from the nightly download link a few days ago. To use git do I need to delete it and allow git to pull a whole new folder? Because when i used "root@XBMCLive:/home/xbmc/.xbmc/addons# git clone git://github.com/bartowski/skin.night.git" I got "fatal: destination path 'skin.night' already exists and is not an empty directory."

Yea I'd just play it safe and delete the one you got via addons. If you got it via git already you would use git pull not git clone

Update 9/2/2010
-Resized the watched flag on many views, also added to "Wall" view
-Redid the codec/drop frames video dialog
-added Genre icons for Music section
-3d music slides down a little more if Fanart option enabled
-addon.xml has correct versions for dependencies

**git updated and this version will be submitted to the addon manager**

The watched overlay for the wall rocks Smile you've made my (somewhat drunken) day/night (it's 4:20am here) Smile

Your work is most excellent Smile

- krypt2nite - 2010-09-03

Wow mcborzu thanks for that. Looks great now.

- Flomaster - 2010-09-03

edit:never mind I didn't restart xbmc after copying the new folder over

You can also just refresh the skin or quickly swap under appearance to the same effect.

- Flomaster - 2010-09-03

not skin related, but it seems I have a crapload of genres with out nice photos i think I need to clean up my music library better because AFI showed up under blues for Kary Pery is under "digi-listan" what ever that is...

Could somebody help me where I should edit XML for correct this (see picture)?

I try selecting similar fonts with Cyrillic letters.
