The addon is enabled, and it worked before I installed k lite Sad

Not sure what k lite is... Try renaming your user folder Once you shutdown xbmc. Xbmc will create new one with clean settings

k lite is a codec pack

All the settings were gone when I uninstalled xbmc
So they have been reset, but I just tryed it again, the button is still inactiv...

If the settings have been reset you need to enable the addon again

Hi Guys,

First of all thanks for this amazing add on.
Unfortunately I am unable to make it work properly :

Everything seems to be right but when I choose a subtitle file to download it says "Error Extracting subtitles"

Here is the log of the subtitle log :

http://pastebin.com/6TmFuuwr

THis part seems interesting :

Quote:00:17:18 T:3064 M:2754879488 DEBUG: CZipManager::GetZipList - Processing zip://C%3a%5cUsers%5cbarto28%5cAppData%5cRoaming%5cXBMC%5cuserdata%5caddon%5fdata%5cscript%2exbmc%2esubtitles%5csub%5ftmp%5czipsubs%2ezip/
00:17:18 T:3064 M:2754879488 DEBUG: ZipManager: not a zip file!

I don't know if it is relevant but there is a 1kb zip file named zipsubs.zip in the userdata folder.

Thanks for your help.

Ps: I run xbmc on Windows 7.

if you manually open zip file what happens?

Winrar says the file is corrupted and nothing extracts from it.
(I have tried with different files and different episodes.)

Then service you are using has issues. Have you tried other services?
