Hey Jeroen, would it be possible to add a shutdown menu? Maybe a pop-up window with the power options instead of the home menu? Thanks!

- Jeroen - 2011-02-12

i intended for it to be more of a navigation menu

Jeroen,

Would it be possible to have recently added movies or tv shows only list unplayed items?
I believe this would improve the functionality of these menu items considerably.

- Jeroen - 2011-02-13

No that's not possible, XBMC determines what is listed in a container, not the skin.

Hey Jeroen, would it be possible to add a numeric rating flag? Like the one on alaska revisited. I'm saying this because I think it's a lot more functional to see a numeric value with a decimal than 5 stars which are pretty inaccurate. Please think about it ! Thanks and sorry for the trouble.

Doesn't the recently added script have a parameter that allows you to specify to only show unwatched?

I've used it on other skins to change how they display recently added on the home page, but never tried it for a view.

I don't think the script works outside the homescreen, but I could be wrong.

You could use the "hide watched" toggle in the left sidemenu, but that sticks when you go to for instance the regular episode and movie lists.

That is my biggest annoyance with XBMC, is the sticking, as I use the toggle for recently added views like you suggest but its a pain to have to turn it off everytime you go back into your main library.

This actually started bugging me last night. Simple solution was just to add a smart playlist.

+1 for this one.

Thats what I do, sadly you cant organise them by date like you often can with the recently added.

<label>$INFO[Window(Home).Property(LatestEpisode.1.EpisodeTitle)]</label>

By specifying Window(Home) you can use it in Library mode. It's also how the TV Next Aired in Library mode works....

I have mine sorted by "Air Date", for TV at least. The "Date Added" field is also available for sorting.

Thanks for the pointers, NextAired in the library is definitely something I'll be adding at some point

Cheers never spotted that, just the movies that need sorting now lol.
