[MOD] IceCubes for Alaska Revisited - jjthefox - 2010-08-05

Just finalized the Icecube-icons for Alaska Revisited.

Download from : Alaska Icecube Icons (Aug 5 20010)

Kid-Friendly version - removed eye-ball (Aug 8 2010)

Latest Version - with iplayer and apple trailer icecubes (Sept 20 2010)

Backdrops with Ice Cubes (revised Aug 26th 2010)

Icons: They are placed in the /extra directory under HomeIcons and HomeList.
Also the filter screens are more icy than the original version, I hope you all like it !

also, maybe an old tyme projector might be better than an eyeball for movies? (and more child friendly - e.g. might not freak them out)

Livin, I adapted the cubed eyeball for a cube with popcorn ! Wink

I like to change besides the icons also the standard the default home Layout (icons with the options below) I'm thinking of the standard icons but looked through an icy-window. - I work on it after my vacation (2 weeks)

Additional, I would like to change the default icons in the navigation too ie make it iced arrows of other nav-icons, but adding the standard PNG-named graphs to the /Extras directory does not get what I want to do.

Hitcher: if you read this post, can you advice how to MOD the other default Icons (besides the icons already changed above) ?

You'll need to delete the textures.xbt and download the separate textures found here -

Just added the Backdrops icons as well - Used in the Default Home Layout
these are the origial pictures, ce-cubed (though: weather icon is adapted)
Please look above for the download link.

The backdrops are also used as background in the Horizontal and Vertical Home Layout.

One problem: in Horizontal and Vertical mode, the Alaska Skin does not use the IceCube icon but a default cloud-icon - need to figure out why
