Cheers! So that does mean I shouldn't bother trying any more tweaks at my end then? Blush

thanks

TobiasTheCommie Wrote:It is failing in one of our dependencies, not any of our code.

I'm sorry but it just looks like it is a timing issue from what i can see.

:/

Honestly, that means that nothing is going to happen in our end till we release a new beta for the Vimeo plugin. Something we haven't even talked about doing.

And at best that release might give some slightly better debug info.

Seriously, every time we have encountered this it has been a timing issue. Since you have set your time i am kinda lost.

Maybe a UTC vs local time thing(BIOS clock, not OS clock)?

But i would honestly only expect to see that if you are dual booting a non mac OS on a Macintosh computer.

OK, cool. I am overclocking so I'll set it back to stock and report back when I try.

cheers

edit: overclocking or not makes no difference. Also made sure BIOS clock was correct (it was). Not a big deal really.

It isn't a matter of the BIOS clock being correct. It's a matter of the timezone being your local timezone, or UTC timezone. (That is, if this makes any difference at all)*.

It is simply my best guess as to why it would still fail.

*This is based on the assumption that the timestamp(Unix time) is taken from the BIOS clock and not the OS clock.

Hello, I just discovered this plugin, and I was wondering if you could add a section for th new Video School category in Vimeo, as it is the only one that i watch. Thank you very much! Great work!

This plugin's been due for an overhaul for a long while, so after the beta of the YouTube plugin is done, this will be added to the TODO list (possibly sooner).

Hi, Just checked our issue tracker and it would seem alot of people are having issues with the plugin not being able to log in, this is just a notification that we are aware of the problem and are working on a bugfixing release.

If you're talking about password protected videos then no, not yet, we'll need to create a script way of authenticating such videos, and that wont happen until we've given the plugin a makeover like the youtube plugin.

I just uploaded chrome and firefox extension to the plugin.

It is currently not pretty, but it works.

Erreta:
It is currently not possible to change the settings in the firefox extension without removing and reinstalling it.

are you pushing 1.1.0 for pre-eden also?

- TobiasTheCommie - 2011-11-15

Hm, though it was in pre-eden. Apparantly not.

Private Videos - vijayk416 - 2012-01-25

For the to do list, is it possible to play a private video if the video is keyed in and the password is confirmed?
