[fixed] Freezing on exit - Hutch - 2010-10-02 Hi all, When I try to quit XBMC, it freezes, been happening for a while. Not sure what the issue is - log below. Any help would be much appreciated http://pastie.org/1194737 - davilla - 2010-10-02 Hutch Wrote:Hi all, Now you went and cut xbmc.log so we can't see those important details at the beginning. Let's see those too please. - Hutch - 2010-10-02 davilla Wrote:Now you went and cut xbmc.log so we can't see those important details at the beginning. Let's see those too please. Woops. Updated the pastie link. - davilla - 2010-10-02 Hutch Wrote:Woops. Updated the pastie link. SVN:34283, did you self build this ? What's in your DVD drive ? Looks like it was in there at XBMC startup too. - Hutch - 2010-10-02 davilla Wrote:SVN:34283, did you self build this ? Downloaded from sshcs, but was also having the problem in the latest Camelot official release from xbmc.org Also, nothing in the DVD drive. - davilla - 2010-10-02 Hutch Wrote:Downloaded from sshcs, but was also having the problem in the latest Camelot official release from xbmc.org xbmc.log says different maybe a disk image mounted ? It seems to have uncovered a bug. - Hutch - 2010-10-02 Sure, what do you want to know? - davilla - 2010-10-02 Hutch Wrote:Sure, what do you want to know? Well for starter, what is it, where did it come from. Can I have it - Hutch - 2010-10-02 Mounted image of The Usual Suspects that I ripped. Probably too big to send you. - davilla - 2010-10-02 Hutch Wrote:Mounted image of The Usual Suspects that I ripped. Probably too big to send you. Humm, so iso of a DVD rip ? That should have detected correctly. Is it a real DVD iso. The log says not. - Hutch - 2010-10-02 It was actually mounted AND in the drive (I thought it wasn't in there since eject didn't work). So that may explain the anomaly. Sorry for the confusion. Is that what was causing the freezing though? If so, why? - davilla - 2010-10-02 Hutch Wrote:It was actually mounted AND in the drive (I thought it wasn't in there since eject didn't work). So that may explain the anomaly. Sorry for the confusion. If you look at xbmc.log, there lot's of info about "DVD-ROM media filesystem", I think something got stuck running. If you want to try something. Remount the image and see if the same thing happend. If not try with image and DVD in. - Hutch - 2010-10-02 Works with no CD in drive and image unmounted. Works with no CD in drive and image mounted. Doesn't work with CD in drive. Also getting a script failed error on start on RecentlyAdded.py |
