can i force xbmc on apple tv to output in 4:3? - djpapsta - 2010-12-30 i know on xbmc on my xbox i can hit y a couple times and it will stretch to fill the screen, i want to force xbmx on my apple tv to do that but i'm not sure how. it is hooked up to a crt tv using component cables and is 480i resolution. i already adjusted in video settings to 20% black bar reduction or whatever but i dont care if its 50% i would rather have the image stretched and no black bars. - djpapsta - 2010-12-30 so ive got ssh working, just need to know what file to manually edit that 20% to 50% i think and see how it works? - djpapsta - 2010-12-30 guisettings.xml errorinaspect in case anyone else ever is searching for this answer. only sucky part is i still cant force it to stretch fullscreen. even if i change it to 50, i guess 20 is the limit because it auto changes back... YAY fixed this by editing guisettings.xml and changing pixelratio to 1.333333 |
