Quick clarification about DTS vs HDMI - Angi321 - 2011-02-17 Hello guys, I have read many threads about it but it seems that it is not working even so some claims it does... Does a mkv movie with DTS sound work through HDMI? In my setup it is working fine through optical but I can not make it work through HDMI. All other formats DD5.1, AAC, etc are working but not DTS. - alexrose1uk - 2011-02-17 DTS is working fine for me here. Make sure WIndows is detecting your card as capable of DTS passthrough, and it's enabled. Could try shifting drivers too. I have a passive GT220 for reference. PPS. Working fine for me with both vanilla and DSPlayer's last build. - steelman1991 - 2011-02-17 Working perfectly well for me too - ATI 5670. - Angi321 - 2011-02-17 Thank you very much guys. After all, it is a sound card/driver issue. I will dig more in the driver options. |
