High gpu load when playing a channel minimized - FernetMenta - 2011-03-08
i just noticed this behavior:
GUIWindowPVR consumes 35% gpu power in idle. This is ok, WetherWindow consumes 22%. But playing a channel minimized consumes 100% of gpu -> stuttering. This has changed compared to the old pvr-testing2, playing minimized with this version: just 45% gpu load.
looks like rendering of the window was suspended, or just not done every cycle when playing a video.

no idea why that happens yet. rewrote a lot of that window's code, so there might be a little bug somewhere
