i have :
xbmc newest build 2/1/05 running on xbox 1.6
it has always worked flawlessly, samba shares and all.
i have mythtv 0.16 running on a linux 2.6.9 box on the network.
when i tried to install 0.14 + 0.15 xbmc mythtv scripts. i get an exception error:
list index out of range.
this occurs when i am in the my tv settings. and try to exit.
also it seems that every time i go back to the settings menu under
my tv, the host ip address isn't saved.
any help is appreciated.

ok, i got the script to run, but...
when i go to the 'program schedule' or 'recorded shows'
i get an error:
10057 socket not connected.
but the myth backend is running, so was the frontend on the same machine.
is this correct?
how do i fix this?

i got the same error with mythtv frontend version 0.14. i didn't bother myself too much for it, instead i pulled the latest version out of the cvs and the problem disappeared. just update your xbmcmythv, and xbmc while you are at it...
