This looks quite interesting as I run all of these services, though it it possible to have more than one instance of sickbeard configured with this?

The reason I ask is because I need to run one instance for TV shows and a 2nd instance for Anime, I thought it best to ask before buying the app.

Yes, MediaDog can handle multiple instances of all 3 services.

A couple of requests below

- have the server name someone on the main page. I have two servers instances and dont know which one Im looking at.

- Also why not hide the icons if they are disabled in the settings? For instance on my main server I have all three sickbeard, CP, and Sab set up. However on my other server "kids" I only have CP set up however I still see all three icons even though they are not set up.

Just a suggestion.

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble getting anything to connect. Everytime I save my settings, the ports get set to -1. I have cleared the app's data but still nothing.

This is on my Galaxy 10.1. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you making sure you set the server path with http (or https) ?
I found that if you just use a hostname / IP you will get that behaviour you described.

Hey all, hopefully someone here is able to help me out with this problem I'm having.

Okay, so I've been looking all around the Android market for a good NZB app that can allow me to queue files into SABnzbd and even SickBeard. Found the author's app, looks awesome, can't wait to try it out.

Fast forward, I've set up the app as best as I can, SABnzbd has it's API and username/password, port is 8080 enabled and all. SickBeard is enabled with port 9090, username/password combo as well. Host/IP is set to my external IP from whatsmyip.com (so http://, though I tried https:// as well). Port forwarded on both of my routers, one which I use for LAN, the other for Wireless in the household.

Lo and behold, nothing is working. Fearing it was just the program, I then downloaded another app, NZB Unity, same problem though. I'm quite sure that I have done everything I can possibly do to make it work. Static IP, everything port forwarded and lighting up green when I test the ports, so nothing wrong there.

If anyone can help me, it would be oh so greatly appreciated. I can not for the life of me figure out what is wrong, and I can't find a guide at all. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Set up everything with LAN ip to see if it works.

And you have to forward the ports for your Server ip.

Any plans to support Headphones (python) in the MediaDog Android App?

You did such a great job with the others we just need this last piece!

Thank you!

I have sadly already done that, and nothing works. What do you mean server IP?

Put your server in the DMZ zone on your router for testing purposes. If it works while in the DMZ zone then there is a problem with your port forwarding settings.

Does everything work when you use your internal IP addresses? 192.168.x.x?

Also does your SABnzbd work from a browser using your external IP address?

I tried internal IP and nothing worked. I'll try SABnzbd on external IP when I get home from work, however when your saying put your server in the DMZ zone, do you mean my home computer which has SAB and SickBeard, or my Tablet?

Okay so I've tested using external IP on a network outside of my home, and it just says can not connect to address if I use http:// but if I use https:// it says web page is not available.

I tried internal and same deal, just timed out. I'm not to competent with DMZ, so not sure what to do there. I'm positive I've port forwarded correctly, I used the Simple Port Forwarding tool to do it.
