What is wrong with 1000 and 1100?

it's depend on which 120mm you are talking about.....there are plenty of good 110mm, 100mm, etc. For the 65W APU, you don't need 130W 2100.....the 1000 and 1100 is more than enough to keep it cool.....as the other guy said, he lower the fan speed of the 1100 to 1, and it still can keep his A6-3500 cool...

Beer, I think you need to make a logo and start selling stickers for all of us to put on the front of our 40 oz clones! I may cut out a small stencil saying either "40 oz." or "Beer Box" and paint it on the lower corner of my 40 oz clone!
HTPC 1 - AMD A8-3870K, ASRock A75M, Silverstone ML03B, Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 1866, Crucial M4 64GB SSD
HTPC 2 - HP Stream Mini, 6GB Ram
unRAID 6 Server - Intel Celeron G1610, 20TB Storage

If anyone interesting in smaller and quieter CPU cooler for their 65W or lower AMD APU or Intel i3/i5, they can opt for this "Thermaltake CLP0527" very low profile (47mm) too. CLP0527 will keep CPU cool at very low 16dBA noise level (it should be quieter than Scythe 2100 at 33.67 dBA) and CLP0527 has impressive air flow at 38.9 CFM too (it's almost as much air flow as the massive Scythe 2100 model).......

Good stuff blue! I was looking at that one too! 38.9 CFM must be at the highest RPM.... Maybe one day I can get my hands on one and test it out. It's pretty nice looking too... Big Grin

Beer - is the blue light from the ISK very bright? Saw it for a second in the video and it looked quite bright, but not sure if it's on all the time or can be turned off?

It's not ..... I don't even see it since it's sitting on the right side of my tv..... on the left you will but it wont be bright.... and if you have the case flat ..... you can see it bounce off the tv stand and it's not bright.... actually makes a nice effect. Big Grin

If you don't want it on.... cut the cable inside or unplug....

Mick1152 I'm sorry.... about that.... LOL
