Strange then, Ive got an RPi running and im still not able to download from remote location,
I have also force refreshed Repo with no success.

maybe its because the version hasnt changed the system isnt picking up that theres a new update, and
the code isnt getting changed. 1.0.29a ?

I have now ssh'd into the RPi and manually changed download.py from f = sfile.file(dest, mode='wb') to f = sfile.file(dest, type='wb')...

f = sfile.file(dest, type='wb') does work but is not in version 1.0.29

I have 4 windows 7 and one windows 8.1 box all with SF. I would love to have just one main SF to manage and have all of the other boxes read from it. How do I get the other boxes to see and use the one computer SF list?

Another problem.
When i bring up super favourites, the folders I created do not appear.
I just have
i search
i play
create new super folder
explore kodi favourites.
Yet if i right click something, and choose add to favs, i can see as an option the folders i created.

That was the question i wanted an answer to. But now I know the answer, and have solved the problem by googling "stop kodi trying to read dvd drive"
and found the answer at

So in the long run, it was neither a super favourites, or a kodi problem. It was the fact that the computer was set up to read dvds automatically. So, I think things are more or less fine now.
