last time i saw an issue like that,
not specifically with the giada CUBE but,
issue was the PSU....
however in your case, i just dont know...

I'd try plugging it in to a computer monitor first just to see if it works at all.
...unless you've already tried that?

I connected it to a PC monitor and it still didn't work. It doesn't do anything at all (no post). With or without RAM... I just received a replacement in the mail and it doesn't post without the ram.
Keep in mind I haven't installed a hard drive in it.
Any thoughts?

i just installed the original RAM i used on the old cube and it works fine on the new one!

i tought u got replacement ram ?
maybe it isnt compatible with the system
1st Htpc : LC-power LC1360MI case with MSI E350IA-E45 , 2x2gb patriot , 2tb samsung eco
2nd Htpc : same as above except ASUS E35M1-I Deluxe

well, this confirms it was a ram issue then,,,
GIADA CUBE might be picky on RAM too i guess...
