More often than not, XBMC freezes for me when I try to exit.
If it's in full screen mode this makes it impossible to alt-tab to anything so I end up having to restart the system.

I'm using it on a 64 bit Ubuntu 11.04 with an ATI card (using the latest drivers by ATI).
To launch XBMC I run this:

SDL_VIDEO_FULLSCREEN_HEAD=0 /usr/bin/xbmc -fs

In order to get the full screen to only show on my main monitor (in a 2-monitor setup).

There's a crash log generated everytime I exit.

i have had the same problem,

i have been using ctrl +alt +f6 to drop back to shell then "killall -9 xbmc.bin" to exit

Certainly better than restarting.
