HD Audio, 3D, 1080P build recommend

I have been debating over getting the Asrock 3d vision for months now and ultimately have decided against it as I think it is over-priced for my needs and going to be difficult to upgrade in the future. So now I'm looking for some recommendations I want to be future-proofed for HD Audio and 3D video, I already have a Thermaltake Bach case, has to be able to flawlessly playback untouched bluray rips in 1080p. Hopefully not to hard on the budget, thanks!!!

Okay I have all the gear setup and I am now trying to get HD audio working through xbmc and I know the only way to do this is by launching MPC-HC and I have that setup but I am still not getting it, i do get multi channel pcm on showing up on my receiver but i want the blue hd audio light. I know this probably isnt the most on topic but since you recommended the setup I was thinking youd be the best person to look for advice. Big thanks in advance.
