Hi All,

I am wanting to get my XBMC content into one room on my middle floor in my home, one on the first floor and also in one room on the top floor.

Now, how could i go about doing so?

The bottom floor i have a projector, laptop, ps3, wii but like all floors, would prefer a small box or wireless setup.

Middle and top floor is an HDTV. No PCs in the rooms.

Yes. You'd have a server somewhere with all the media on it, and the ATVs would play media across the network.

These might work if you use XBMC on your server as a uPnP server, but the user interface would be rubbish compared to the ATVs.

Personnally I'd look for some Revos or something similar on eBay rather than using ATVs, but be aware this will be at least double the price.

are you looking to play HD content? if so with the ATV you will need to pick up a crystal hd card, and install it.

ATV can't do 1080p without crystal card

ATV can't output 1080p (will downsize to 720p) - hardware limitation.
