Hello,

I have an issue where after starting up xbmc, selecting a file and starting playback, I will be presented with a black screen, the audio plays for a second or two then xbmc freezes. I need to then kill the process.
This happens 9/10 , but after killing process and repeating the above steps the file then plays as expected.

I'm on W7 with sp1, latest xbmc official release and have the latest Nvidia unified drivers.

Can you enable debug logging from System settings, System, Debugging, then restart XBMC and play a video. After XBMC has crashed grab the debug log and post it on pastebin.com and post the link here. A quick way to open the debug log is to press Windows-R and in the Run dialog type:

"%appdata%\xbmc\xbmc.log"

(including the quotes) and click OK. The log should open in Notepad.
